• Hands-on Classes are of limited size
• These classes are designed for adults.  Please check our Children's page for classes specifically designed for children.
  
• Each student will participate in preparing each dish
  
• Students are taught to cook by technique

CANCELLATION POLICY:

The Amelia Island Culinary Academy is not a restaurant with a steady delivery of ingredients.  Instead, we are a small cooking school.  Chef Bill personally shops for each event.
We know that emergencies occur and thus, cancellations 2 weeks prior to a private event consisting of less than 5 guests will receive a full refund.
Cancellations of private events consisting of more than 5 guests will forfeit the deposit.
For cancellations within 3 days of any scheduled cooking class, tasting tour or event, no refund fees will be provided.
